Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday.

Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the next business day.

After your order ships, transit typically takes 2–11 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 3–14 business days.

Every order includes tracking.

Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Tracking information may not update immediately after your order is handed to the carrier.

Updates can also pause temporarily while your order is moving between carrier facilities.

Some orders may arrive in more than one package.

When an order is split into multiple shipments, each package has its own tracking information and may arrive on a different date.

Please check your mailbox, building entrance, delivery area, and with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
