Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

GirlsBranch works with independent suppliers and third-party fulfillment partners. Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by a fulfillment partner on behalf of GirlsBranch. Depending on product availability and fulfillment location, orders may ship from the United States or China.

GirlsBranch remains responsible for the customer relationship regardless of where an order is fulfilled. This includes customer service, order support, tracking assistance, delivery issues, return support, refund assistance, and communication with the customer.

Fulfillment origin and return destination are separate. All approved customer returns are handled directly by GirlsBranch and mailed to our business and return address in Brooklyn, New York, United States. Customers are not required to return merchandise to China, an overseas supplier, or an overseas fulfillment center.

Customs & Import Fees

Some orders may be shipped from China. Customers are not required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. Any import-related charges associated with fulfillment are handled before delivery.
