Pay for your membership and product together at checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated there. Membership begins after successful payment.
Use your benefits during your membership year. When it expires, choose Renew Membership in your account to purchase another year.
Add at least one product to your cart and choose GirlsBranch+ or Pro on an eligible product page, or select Join here to start shopping. Memberships cannot be bought on their own. If you select Join with an empty cart, you’ll be taken to the shop to choose a product. Your membership and item are purchased together, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
No. Each membership lasts one year and then expires. We will not automatically charge you for another year. You can renew manually from your account.
Each successfully paid order where you choose to apply your member discount counts as one use, regardless of how many eligible items are in that order. You can also save a use for another order.
Member discounts do not stack with other promotions. Sale-priced or otherwise excluded products may not be eligible. The final discount appears at checkout.
After your membership payment is confirmed, your membership becomes active for one year.
Memberships are purchased together with at least one product. Browse the shop, add an item to your cart, and choose the plan that fits you.
Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or if we cannot provide the purchased benefits. There is no automatic renewal.
Products can still be returned. Eligible merchandise, including the product bought when joining, follows our 30-day return policy. Approved merchandise refunds are based on the discounted product price you actually paid plus applicable product tax. A merchandise-only return does not cancel your paid membership. GirlsBranch+ discount uses are not automatically restored.
Upgrading from Plus to Pro: The full $49.99 annual Pro fee applies, without a prorated credit for unused Plus time or discounts. A new one-year Pro term begins after payment.
